Read about Katrina child care centers: "Partners plan child care for Katrina area By Paula Schlueter Ross A group of Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod partners says it will start at least 10 Open Arms child care centers -- several with new congregations -- in the Hurricane Katrina-affected areas of Baton Rouge, La., and Gulfport, Miss., over the next four to five years."
