Prayer Request

This has been a very difficult time for my family. Sevgi's father, Halit Has, underwent heavy doses of both Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy this past week. His lymphoma, is classified as a "maltoma" has spread throughout his body. We are desperately fighting this cancer. Needless to say, this has placed an extreme amount of stress on our family. Her dad is unable to keep food and, more importantly, fluids down. We are very worried about his probability of recovery. Sevgi has been trying her best to juggle the responsibility of taking care of her dad and the girls while I am away in Germany. She is feeling a tremendous amount of pain and worry right now. We need your help, prayers and understanding in order to make it through this rough time.

Also, Sevgi's mother is in need of surgery to remove a gall stone which is causing her a great amount of pain. I don't need to explain how this compounds the health issues and stress already present. Fatma is putting off her surgery until Halit is more healthy.
