Prayer request

Our son's father-in-law will be receiving another treatment of chemo and then is scheduled for a bone marrow transplant in a few weeks. Please continue to pray for his recovery.

Prayer Requests

Please keep Nancy Dupee in your prayers and ask God to surround her with his strength and comfort. Nancy's husband, Walter, went to the emergency room Saturday afternoon with a severe headache. An MRI that evening revealed a lesion on his brain. He slipped into a coma late Saturday night and went home to heaven yesterday (Sunday) afternoon. Nancy was blessed to have their son and daughter - from VA and MD respectively - just happen to be visiting this weekend.
An announcement of a time and day of Walter's funeral will be forthcoming. He will be interred at National Cemetery in Bushnell.
Also, Pat Miller will have outpatient surgery on Thursday in Leesburg. Pray that God will guide the surgeon's hand and that His healing Holy Spirit will be with Pat.
Pray also for Janice and Harold Collins. Janice' mother went to heaven in her sleep Saturday night. Pray that our loving and comforting Lord bless Janice in this time of need.
Gene Graham is hospitalized in The Villages. Pray for his healing and return to good health.
Bob Owens' twin brother, Dick, is close to death and will be moved to a local hospice facility today. Pray God's care and comfort upon Bob and Sara and Dick's wife, Deloris.
Finally, remember Glenda Raper in prayer later this week. Glenda and Marion have just begun attending Trinity and she will be having surgery on Thursday at Waterman Hospital in Tavares.

I guess my new motto for 2008 will be….everything is GREAT in 2008!! Gosh, it will be the first year that Zayla will not have to put poisonous chemotherapy drugs into her little body!"
